Glenn Hirsch, 51, has been convicted of murder and criminal possession of a weapon in the fatal shooting of Zhiwen Yan, according to the NYPD.
Police have made an arrest in the death of a food delivery worker who was shot on the job in Queens more than a month ago.
Authorities said Glenn Hirsch, 51, was arrested on a warrant at his Briarwood apartment at 8 p.m. Wednesday and charged with murder and unlawful possession of a loaded handgun in the April 30 slaying of Zhiwen Yan, 45.

Glenn Hirsch had a long-running dispute with the personnel at Great Wall on Queens Boulevard, authorities said, & had been pestering the restaurant with phone calls and even calling 911 on them when he turned on Yan.
Yan was shot in the chest while riding his scooter at 108th Street and 67th Drive in Forest Hills. According to a witness, the driver of a Lexus SUV sped away from the scene.

Around 9:30 p.m., Yan, a married father of three who immigrated from China nearly 20 years ago, was making a delivery on his bike near 108th Street and 67th Drive in Forest Hills when Hirsch reportedly shot him in the chest.
Glenn was driving when he saw Yan and followed him to a stop light, when he exited his vehicle and opened fire, according to authorities.

Glenn Hirsh Nationality & Ethnicity
Glenn Hirsh was of 141st Street in Queens. However, his nationality and ethnicity remain hidden.
Hirsch had previously been enraged at the amount of duck sauce he received with an order late last year, according to restaurant owner Kai Yang.
The duck-sauce feud triggered a string of increasingly tense incidents, including one in which an enraged customer slashed Yang’s tires and threatened him with a gun when confronted, according to the owner.
During the gun incident, employees, including Zhiwen Yan, wrestled the frenzied customer to the ground, according to Yang.

The killed delivery man’s wife demanded justice at a candlelight vigil.
