As of now, there is no information about arresting the shooters. The incident occurred in broad daylight, and Quando witnessed the death of his friend, Lul Pab. While the real name of Quando Rondo is Tyquian Terrel Browman, Lul was known by his stage name, and his real name has not been disclosed.
Quando Rondo and his group were waiting at a nearby petrol station when three individuals in a white car drew up next to his black Cadillac Escalade and started firing.
Lul Pab, 23, was taken out of Quando’s car and was sent to the hospital, where doctors announced that he had passed away.
