Megan started sharing snippets of her workouts to document her postpartum body. She follows the 80/20 rule, which assumes that 80% of the outcomes in life are due to 20% of the inputs. Thuney believes that consistency is the key when it comes to achieving goals.
At first, Megan started posting videos of her working out and eating healthy. For a lot of people, Monday might mean the end of the weekend, but for Megan, it is a reminder to get back to the grind and continue her routine.
The mother of three has also shared that she loses her motivation to work out sometimes, but she knows the difference between what she wants to do and what she needs to do. At the gym, she likes to challenge herself and take on new things because she believes that no challenge means there is no growth.

Megan’s husband, Nicholas Colhoun, is an Allstate Insurance Agent from Dayton, Ohio. Nicholas was born and bred in Ohio. His alma mater is Ohio State University in business. Before working as an insurance agent, he worked in finance in Atlanta for seven years.
Colhoun later returned to Ohio to take over his father’s business, an Allstar agency. When not working as an insurance agent, he likes to spend his time with his family.

Megan’s oldest daughter Evelyn is seven years old as of now. She was born in 2015. When Megan was pregnant with Evelyn, she showed off her baby bump in a photoshoot with Jacob Crews at OMS photo.
After Evelyn was born, Megan uploaded a picture of baby Evelyn surrounded by yellow flowers. On Evelyn’s first birthday, Megan uploaded an adorable picture of Evelyn wearing a pink tutu.
