Michael Anthony Baltimore currently faces an allegation of shooting Kendell to death and injuring another man on North Hanover Street at the GQ Barbershop in Carlisle on 22 May 2021.

What’s more, the agency has offered $25,000 for information leading to catching Baltimore. He is known for having a history of criminal records and violence.
