Kithure Kindiki earned his Ph.D. in International Law from the University of Pretoria in South Africa in 2002.
He received his Master of Laws (LLM) in International Human Rights Law and Democracy from the University of Pretoria in South Africa in 2000, and his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Moi University in Kenya in 1998.

After receiving a bachelor’s degree in law, he also attended the Advocates’ Post-Graduate Diploma in Legal Studies (Kenya School of Law, 2001), which is required in Kenya’s legal education to qualify as an advocate.

Kithure Kindiki Biography And Political Career
Kithure Kindiki began his political career in 2008, although he has yet to achieve national recognition. He got this as one of William Ruto’s lawyers in the ICC case.
Following that, as a member of the TNA political party, he stood for Tharaka Nithi’s senate seat.

Kindiki has a gross income of roughly 1,300,000 Kenyan shillings as a senator. He also has access to medical coverage, auto loans, and many other benefits.
He was first elected as the Senator for Tharaka-Nithi County in 2013, and then re-elected in the 2017 General Election.
He was the Majority Leader in the Senate from 2013 to 2017 and the Deputy Speaker of the Kenya Senate from August 2017 until May 22, 2020, when the Jubilee Party de-whipped him from the job.

Kithure is one of ten children in a family often. His four brothers have all completed advanced degrees and are professors.
Professor Nyagah Kindiki, his elder brother, is a Moi University professor. Professor Stephen Kithinji Kaniki is a Daystar University linguistics professor.
Professor Jonah Nyaga Kindiki is the head of the faculty of education at Moi University. Professor Isaiah Iguna Kindiki is a soil and physics professor.
His other siblings are working their way up the corporate ladder. This is, without a doubt, a learned family. Kindiki is also married to Joyce, with whom he has two daughters. They married in the year 2000.
