The video, titled “Some friendly HR advice,” is nearly two minutes long and was released by a self-proclaimed recruiter, Tammy Sepetis according to online users.
On TikTok, Tammy Sepetis, addresses “freedom warriors,” cautioning them against posting social media content.
Now, the Ontario Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) has reacted to a contentious TikTok video created by @Tammyandtwins.

Tammy Sepetis is stated to be an HR manager in Burlington, Ontario., with her CHRL and CHRP from HRPA. Since she openly spoke out against HR practices on TikTok, her LinkedIn page has been erased.
She has made a lot of noise on the internet since the release of her controversial video. Twitter is flooded with screenshots of her TikTok video.

The lady stated that one fact she can tell is that recruiters talk and that recruiters, like the majority of Canada, disagree with her. Now, her video has already reached 2.3 million views thus far.
The HRPA is now evaluating whether or not there has been a violation of professional conduct guidelines.

Tammy Sepetis, who goes by the handle @Tammyandtwins, advises on “Some Friendly HR Advice.” Recruiters and HR, she alleges, are “watching everywhere.”
“If you’re looking for a job or maybe trying to keep a job, maybe, just maybe think about what you’re putting on social media.” she said, “Again, freedom fighters, I know you’re not really big with stats and, you know, facts aren’t your thing.”
She also said, “Do you know what that means? Do have any guesses? Any guesses what that means? What that means is that if you need a job, you might not get one; if you want to keep a job, you might not get to do that.”

She says she won’t hire anyone who’s politics she disagrees with and will even get you fired.

Tammy Sepetis On TikTok Backlash Over HRPA In Ontario
Tammy Sepetis, an Ontario-based HR manager, had a backlash about Recruiters and HR in the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) in Ontario. She even swears at the group near the end of the video.
Later HRPA tweeted, “HRPA is aware of this video post by one of its regulated members and does not condone or endorse in any way the statements made about HR practice therein.”
