Why Was Timothy Daniel Japhet Arrested? Charges Over Illegal Entry Of Immigrants And Magistrate

Timothy Daniel Japhet, a government-appointed immigration attorney, was arrested by Kinney County Police on 20 August 2022 over human trafficking and smuggling charges.

Constable Jimmy Fullen posted on his Facebook wall informing people about the arrest of the Texas-based lawyer. The post includes pictures of illegally immigrated people from Mexico covered in dust.

Kinney County Police arrested a government lawyer named Timothy Daniel Japhet on 20 August and have changed the individual with illegal immigration and smuggling. His attorney’s license was also detained from the site. According to that card, he has 19 years of experience in consumer, employment, real estate, business, and family law.

Timothy started attending the South Texas College of Law in 1998 and graduated in 2003. He earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence the same year and has remained a member of the Texas State Bar ever since. Unfortunately, despite being a decorated lawyer, he has involved himself in a crime that will establish him as a convict in the future.

Where Is Timothy Daniel Japhet Now?

The Kinney County Police detained him by Deputy Gonzalez on 20 August 2022. Altogether five people were arrested that day, including Timothy. They were entering the US territory from Mexico using a black BMW car. He is seen wearing an orange t-shirt and a clear spectacle. He was sitting inside a vehicle while the other four people were on the ground, covered in dust.

As of now, Timothy is still under the custody of police officers, and he is expected to ace many charges as the investigations proceed forward. However, this is not the first he has faced legal charges. He is frequently implicated in the death of George Floyd and has been detained in Texas on immigration and smuggling-related offenses.

George Floyd passed suddenly in 2016 and was discovered dead at the Corpus Christus Spohn Memorial ICU. According to Timothy, Floyd’s family interred him in the pauper’s cemetery in Flour Bluff, who claims to have served as his Guardian Ad Litem.
