Valerie Loureda sister Natalie Loureda is a mixed martial artist and a creative director. Natalie specializes in taekwondo.

Natalie is two years younger than Valerie. She is 22 years old, born in 2000, and she marks her birthday on the 24th of November every year. The 22-year-old hangs out with influential people and some of her friends, including the WNBA star Liz Cambage and the professional wrestler Barbie Blank. 

The mixed martial artist grew up training beside her sibling and learning boxing and kickboxing during their journey. Furthermore, she has always been by Valeria’s side during training camps. Natalie chose to study sports business management and to contract for sports business in school to help the WWE fighter with her management team and make things easy for her.

Valerie Loureda sister Natalie Loureda is a mixed-marital artist specializing in taekwondo (punching and kicking).

Natalie went to US Open and other international events while she was ten, and she shared in The Porch Podcast that she was also part of the first Cadet National Team. 

The younger Loureda also made it to the United States Olympic Training Center in 2013 and won gold in the 2017 US Open. She also became the 2017 AAU Takewando National Champion.

The martial artist is a student who has perfectly balanced her studies and training and always secured good grades. Furthermore, she stood in front of the Taekwondo Hall of Fame at New York Hilton Midtown in September 2017.

Likewise, she is also an AFAA Certified Trainer and a creative director for BlueChip. The fighter gained her knowledge and skills from the digital marketing firm where she previously worked during covid. She utilized those skills for Valerie’s merch, built her Instagram shop, and created & managed her social media presence.

Natalie Followed Valeria’s Footsteps

Natalie walked into Valerie’s footsteps as she is her idol and source of strength. 

The siblings are working hard to prove that feminine girls can also be badass in the cage, fighting to win the match. Furthermore, the taekwondo player wants to be on the WWE fighter’s tag team and build her career in kickboxing.

Their father, Frank, created the Loureda legacy within martial arts. He has been teaching martial arts at Miami for over 40 years. Frank opened his school ‘Franks Taekwondo Academy’ 30 years ago in Miami, and her daughters grew up there. Valerie and Natalie fell in love with martial arts. 

Likewise, their mom signed them up in every sport to build their athletic skills and balance, from ice skating, cheerleading, dance, ballet, and more. The Loureda family shares a strong bond and always encourages one another to reach their limits.

Valerie And Natalie Are Vegan

Natalie shared through an Instagram post in November 2022 that their siblings are vegan.

Natalie was born and raised in Miami, and she prefers everything plant-based. Her IG bio also shows she is living a wonderful vegan life, choosing not to consume animal-based products.

The mixed martial artist & her siblings matured as world-class international athletes traveling to different countries every weekend. Thus, they did not party every weekend like other teenagers during their youth. Instead, they were occupied with training and preparing themselves for a better career.
