After allegedly experiencing emotional and physical abuse from her husband for almost 20 years, the former medical technician has admitted to killing him and served a jailed sentence for a murder however rumors are spreading of her release.

She claimed that on the night Stanley fatally murdered her husband, he invited her to go to the Pink Pony adult club wearing only a skirt and no underwear. She testified that John intended to do a threesome and wanted to offer one of the strippers his business cards for that reason.

Snapped Episode Of John Stanley Murder By Her Wife Wanda Stanley

According to Season 23 of Oxygen’s Snapped, Wanda Stanley pleaded guilty to the murder of her husband, John Stanley, Sr., which was a lesser charge than the original. Her plea agreement included a total sentence of fifteen years, of which seven to ten would be spent behind bars in 2012. Since then, she has been freed.

Her attorney, according to the Henry Herald, claims that she killed her 45-year-old husband in self-defense. On December 26, 2008, John Stanley’s body was discovered in his SUV in College Park. His wife has acknowledged killing him. While the jury was deliberating, she agreed to a plea bargain.
