The term ilyieu comes from the film Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness

Benedict Cumberbatch reprised his role as Doctor Stephen Strange in the second movie of Doctor Strange, which was released in theaters on May 6. Rachel McAdams portrays his love, Christine Palmer.

The film, directed by Sam Raimi, takes the audience on an emotional journey.

To provide a brief background on their love story, Stephen and Christine were former hospital coworkers who went on a few dates.

Christine had even performed surgery on Stephen after he was involved in a car accident and lost use of his hands. They eventually split up, but his feelings remained constant.
