Who Is Mark Small, 55? Arrested For Mariel Estevez Long Island Mineola Murder
The murder of Mariel Estevez in Mineola led to the arrest of Mark Small by Nassau County police acc, according to the information surfaced on Twitter.
Around 11:15 a.m. on Saturday, she was discovered during a wellness check in her Allure Mineola condominium on Old Country Road in Mineola. According to authorities, Estevez was found dead at the site with multiple gunshot wounds. According to locals, she reportedly lived on the fifth floor and worked in the leasing office.
Nassau cops have arrested an Elmont man Mark Small for the fatal shooting of Mariel Estevez, 39, who lived in The Allure. He will be charged with 2nd Deg Murder and Felony weapon possession. The victim was shot and taken home to 140 Old Country Rd, Mineola. Arraignment Wed according to the information spread online by the Twitter user @roslynheightsny.

Marivel Estevez, 39, was discovered shot to death in her Long Island home by police. Whether the woman lived alone is unknown.
The district attorney’s office and Nassau County courthouse are direct across the street from the structure. Estevez, according to residents, was like the building’s face, always friendly, hosting resident mixers and frequently offering tours.

Building occupant Eric Greenburg praised her for being very sweet. She seemed sweet and all, but hearing what occurred was simply terrible. She radiated warmth throughout the structure. She organized parties, small gatherings, and, most recently, a mac and cheese day. In this building, she was constantly a beam of sunshine; therefore, what happened to her was tragic.
Janice Facey, a child’s babysitter, arrived at the scene of the murder and recounted it to the police and the location itself. She lives directly next door.

The Bozzuto Management Company manages the building, which said Estevez’s family had requested privacy. The police are still investigating, and Mark will be questioned about his action and why he did such a horrific thing to that woman.
The Murder case now will probably have some more court hearings to decide the fate of Mark Small and to know more about his intentions. Police are also investigating with the neighbors and her close friend to see the relationship between Mark and Mariel Estevez.
