Eddie Nketiah parents Haughton Nketiah and Cameron Nketiah are originally from Ghana. Eddie was born and raised in London.
He currently plays as a striker for Arsenal Football Club in the English Premier League and the English national team. Due to his ancestry in Ghana, the African nation tried everything to sway him to play for the Ghanaian national side.

Eddie Nketiah was born to his parents Cameron and Haughton Nketiah in Lewisham city of London.
At his birth, his dad gave him the name Edward. His actual name, though, was practically nonexistent at this stage because everyone calls him Eddie. Cameron and Haughton are of Ghanaian descent and immigrated to England in the nineties.
The couple settled in the southeast region of London in a place called Lewisham. They welcomed Eddie as the third and last born child on May 30, 1999, in London, England.
Growing up in the south of London, Eddie had a chance to upscale his game since many football academies are located there. He began his youth career with Chelsea before joining the Arsenal academy in 2015.
His mom and dad were mindful of his professional football career and have always supported him. Nketiah, playing for Chelsea academy at first, decided to join the Arsenal academy because of his father, who was more convinced by the red side of London.
Cameron and Haughton were both presents when the young forward signed his first major professional contract with Arsenal in 2015. Similarly, his family was also there more recently when Nketiah renewed an agreement with Arsenal to see him with the club till 2027.

Nketiah grew up with his two siblings, and both are sisters. Besides, he does not have a brother.
Since both his sisters are older than him, this makes him the youngest member of his household. Moreover, not having any brothers implies that Nketiah is the only son born to Cameron and Haughton.
Nketiah spoke less of his two incredible half-bloods. However, he is undeniably lucky to have such fun and supportive sisters, and he said he could never get tired of them.
All three had a sound upbringing in the suburbs of London. Cameron and Haughton often took both daughters to watch Nketiah play during academy football.

Arsenal and England star Nketiah is currently single and has no girlfriend.
The young England prospect focuses more on his football career than dedicating his valuable time to relationships. However, he was dating a girl back in 2020 when he was on loan to Leeds United.
Dan Critchlow, a senior writer for Daily Cannon, gave an update through his tweet in January 2020 that Nketiah was in a relationship. “apparently Eddie Nketiah got a girlfriend while he was in Leeds,” he tweeted.
The 23-year-old is highly influenced by fashion trends and adapts his lifestyle according to them. He has also signed endorsement deals with various luxury brands such as Versus, C.P. Company, etc.
Moreover, Eddie is very vocal on social media and does not hold back from posting to support and join the cause for good. On Twitter, he frequently posted images of himself protesting and raising his voice while donning a t-shirt related to the cause.
