Barre Seid is a wealthy Industrialist. He is the former owner of an electronic manufacturing company, Trippe Manufacturing Company.
Seid is also the founder of the Barbara and Barre Seid Foundation. He was born in Chicago and earned his degree from the University of Chicago in 1946. He also went to the Wharton School of Business and the University of Colorado. In addition, Bar-Ilan University has conferred an honorary doctorate on Seid.
