Aughhhh TikTok Sound & Meme

AUGHHHH is an audiotape of a man snoring loudly that became famous on TikTok’s Original Sounds in late 2021 and early 2022.

The audio clip is frequently repurposed without its original context for shitposting, making it difficult to pinpoint the source of the sound. On TikTok, it is commonly described as a silly “ahh” sound.

On August 7, 2021, YouTuber Just For Fun uploaded an excessively captioned video of a man napping in bed and snoring. The video is surrounded by Arabic text that reads, “Poor guy hasn’t rested in a week” and “He ingested a Z280 engine,” referring to the snoring as an engine.

In six months, it has had over 41,700 views. This looks to be a repost from the Snapchat page based on the watermark.

The original video may have been published to the TikTok page @6d2021, as proven by a TikTok posted by @montlawncamp in February 2022, indicating the original handle. However, this is also unverified. 6d2021.com has removed the video.

Carmen Winstead Hi, My Name Is Aughhhh

Carmen Winstead and the Aughhh audiotape were mixed to produce new meme material. Carmen was often bullied in school. One of the stories Carmen’s friends spread was that she was having an affair with the school janitor, Mr. Harver.

Another thing she does when no one is looking is wiping her snot on people. There were many more to follow, and each one tarnished her reputation at this school even more.

Hey, My Name Is Carmen Winstead, is a fake urban legend and creepypasta about a 17-year-old girl called Carmen Winstead who is shoved into a sewer by five girls from her school and dies.

In 2006, the narrative was shared on Myspace Facebook and was emailed as a chain letter, warning readers that if they don’t send the email, they’ll be killed by the vengeful spirit of Winstead, citing the case of a boy who didn’t distribute the message and was discovered dead in the sewer days later.

TikToker @j6sse_ later posted a 21st-Century Humourous Meme Collection video with a unique sound comprised of the Carmen Winstead audio with loud, warped sound effects periodically cutting off the voice.
