Emilio Stanley Mwai Kibaki and Lucy Muthoni Kibaki were the parents of the businessman. David Kibaki, June Kibaki, Tonny Kibaki, and Winnie Wangui Mwai are his four siblings.
Winnie is said to be Mwai Kibaki’s daughter from a former marriage to Mary Wambui. Lucy Kibaki, the matron of the family’s home, died in 2016. After a long illness, the former first lady passed away.

The company has made a significant investment in promoting youth talent. In 2018, they sponsored sprinter Ferdinand Omanyala and signed a Ksh60 million deal with Mathare United.
