Formerly known as Xavier Alexander Musk, Vivian Jenna Wilson has requested a legal name change. She recently reached 18 years old, the California age of consent, and posted a photo of her recent operation on Instagram.
The 18-year-old daughter of Tesla and SpaceX founder Elon Musk has revealed her intention to change her gender and erase the Musk prefix from her name.
According to recently discovered documents filed with the Los Angeles County Superior Court, the transgender adolescent, one of Musk’s seven children and five with his first wife Justine Wilson, will now go by the name of Vivian Jenna Wilson because she no longer wishes to be related to her biological father in any way, shape, or form.

Vivian Jenna Wilson became Xavier’s new name in 2022. She revealed on her Instagram that he had undergone transsexual surgery to become a woman.
The teen’s new gender identification and legal name change are the first we’ve heard from any of Musk and Wilson’s five children, who have all been quiet up until now. Many believe the teen’s actions are a response to Musk’s allegedly transphobic remarks in recent months.

One of the seven children of contentious billionaire Elon Musk is Vivian Jenna Wilson, born Xavier Alexander Musk.
In an April filing in the Superior Court of California, the 18-year-old requested that her name be changed to Vivian Jenna Wilson, according to TMZ. Vivian has a twin brother, Griffin, and the last name Wilson comes from their mother, Canadian author Justine Wilson … who was married to Elon from 2000 until 2008.

They had twins Griffin and Xavier in 2004 and triplets Kai, Saxon, and Damian in 2006 through IVF after losing their first child, Nevada, to Sudden Infant Death Syndrome at the age of 10 weeks in 2002.

Vivian explained that she is changing her name since she no longer lives with her biological father and no longer wants to be associated with him in any way, shape, or form. She’s opted to go by her mother’s name instead.
Elon declared his intention to support the Republican Party about a month before Vivian’s petition was submitted. GOP elected officials have supported bills that would restrict the rights of transgender individuals in places all throughout the US.
Elon has previously made remarks on pronoun usage. Pronouns are bad, he tweeted on July 25, 2020. Then, on December 16, 2020, in a tweet, he stated: He completely supports trans, but all these pronouns are an esthetic nightmare.
