Percy Harvin opened up on the hidden truth about his anxiety and struggles with it for many years. His anxiety problems have gone hand in hand with some migraines.

While Dan muller at Florida is assisting the new head coach in identifying his disorder while working with Harvin, later, Harvin opened up about his condition in a feature produced by Sports Illustrated. Harvin also noted that he had been struggling with this disorder since 2010. 

Harmen had said that when he struggled with anxiety, he felt “out of the body,” His heart would race and sweat, and he thought everyone in the room was staring at him. He was gasping for air, his speech was slurred, and he didn’t want to eat anything.

Harvin distinguished himself as the most dynamic playmaker in team history during his time with the Florida Gators. He was brilliant on the field and tremendously irritating off it. His ability to change games was undeniable, but he could never stand on his own because of issues with his character and health that kept him off the field.

Harvin brought with him the whole package when he joined the NFL. While he eventually made progress in controlling his chronic and incapacitating headaches, his personality and history of injuries prevented him from reaching the next level as the star everyone who observed him in college knew he could. 

Once, he punched his teammate Golden Tate in an after-match interview with a Bleacher reporter. Somehow, Tate landed in a trash can. Later Harvin reported that he was struggling with anxiety. 

Harvin acknowledged that he dislikes being unfamiliar, specifically public speaking. Harvin said that he used several prescription medications to deal with the stress brought on by the demands of the NFL. He was high throughout every game he played since “marijuana” was the only thing that worked.

Percy Harvin has not married yet, but he is in a relationship with his girlfriend, Jane Willams. They have been dating for a long time; they are happy in their relationship.
