Tulsa police contacted the Muskogee Police Department about a suspected bomb the shooter left at a property, according to authorities. The area was evacuated and people were urged to stay indoors.

At 4:52 p.m., police got a report of an active shooter at St. Francis Hospital‘s Natalie Building, between 61st and Yale. Officers arrived at 4:56 p.m. and heard gunshots on the second story, where Dr.Stephanie had been fatally shot.
