He is listed as 6 feet 3 inches (1.9 m) and 180 pounds (81.6 kg), and he plays point guard. He is a Tartu native who has participated with the Estonian junior national teams several times.

Kriisa has been a member of his local club BC Tartu’s youth squads, since he was 12 years old, and he made his debut with the University of Tartu first team during the 2016–17 KML season at the age of 15.

Kerr has competed for Estonia in the 2016 and 2017 FIBA Europe Under-16 Championships, as well as the 2019 FIBA Europe Under-18 Division B Championship.

Valmo Kriisa is a former professional basketball player from Estonia. He was a point guard as well as a shooting guard.

Kriisa began his senior club career with “KK Tartu” in 1990 and transferred to “Nybit” following the 1996–97 season. He spent the 2000–01 season with Södertälje BBK in Sweden.

Then Kriisa returned to Estonia, signing a two-year contract with “BC Kalev” and winning the Estonian Championship in 2002 and 2003.
