Rafael Fiziev was born in Kazakhstan to a family of mixed ethnicity.  Rafael’s father was an Azerbaijani police officer who served in the combat division against drug trafficking.

Fiziev was raised as a Kyrgyzstani citizen, but his mother was Russian. The UFC fighter recently revealed that he has joined forces with the Islamic Sciences and local leader Sayed Hussain Makke to promote natural herbal treatments for disease.

His business, Wilaya Wellness, sells multivitamins, oregano oil, black seed oil, and other products to promote health and immunity.
