As Otto’s daughter Lady Alicent grew up in the Red Keep, becoming part of the king’s inner circle. In the series, she is famous for being “the most comely woman in the Seven Kingdoms.”
Welsh actor Rhys Ifans portrayed the role of the Hand of King Otto. Meanwhile, Olivia Cooke played the character of the grown-up Alicent, and Emily Carey got cast as the young Alicent.

Otto, who served as Jaehaerys I, Viserys I, and then as a Hand of the King, has several children, and Alicent is one of them. She married Viserys I Targaryen after his first wife, Aemma Arryn, died.
