What Happened To Roe V Wade?

On June 24, 2022, Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, a 50-year-old federal abortion right. Following the decision, protests were sparked in the United States.

Casey V Planned Parenthood

It is another landmark case of the American Supreme Court made in 1992, commonly known as Planned Parenthood v. Casey, 505 U.S 833 (1992).

In this modification, the court made a standard for evaluating constraints on that right by creating the undue burden systems for abortion restrictions. It upholds the constitutionality of Roe v. Wade (1973) which is an established right to an abortion.
