The French musician, record producer, composer, and DJ Thomas Bangalter is a singer-songwriter of the former French music band Daft Punk. Bangalter is one-half of the electronic music duo along with Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo.

Now, as everyone was wondering when the duo would make a good piece of music, Bangalter has done his part as he recently composed a piece of new music, a French ballet.
The legendary Daft Punk member agreed to compose the music for “Mythologies,” which premiered on July 1 at the Grand Theatre de Bordeaux before concluding its first cycle on July 10. And now, the show will embark on a 37-city national tour.

Bangalter’s “Mythologies” has scored his first for a symphony orchestra, and there are few reminiscent of Daft Punk’s 2013 single “Giorgio by Moroder” along with “Nightvision,” a track from 2001’s influential Discovery album.
Although Bangalter’s orchestral score is yet not available for streaming, some of the sources have obtained the earlier footage. According to Angelin Preljocaj, the program’s director and choreographer, Bangalter had a wish to compose music for a symphony before Daft Punk’s shocking disbandment in 2021.

Thomas Bangalter, the musician, was born in Paris, France, on January 3, 1975. He started playing the guitar when he was only six years old and became interested in electronic music.
Bangalter has also released several solitary hits under the moniker Stardust. One of his most remembered single hits is “Music Sounds Better With You” (1998, co-wrote by Thomas).
