Bowles started losing pounds when he changed his diet and exercised more, focusing on his health and fitness. He then commented about his motivation for the routine and shared, “You know when you’ve had enough. I’ve had enough. I want to be better for myself and for my family. I want to be better for myself and for my family. I want to be around for a long time. It’s become a lifestyle.”  

The 58-years-old might be around 203 pounds, i.e., 92 kg for the moment. The coach mentioned, “I’ll never see 205 again. I feel great. I’ve got more energy and I can stand out there longer.”

To succeed in his diet, he changed his diet plan and cut off some bread, adding more green vegetables. His other secret to losing some pounds is disciplining himself, stating, “I just make sure I discipline myself and have the right portion and get out.”

Adding loads of water to his routine has also helped him to follow his diet plan. The four 16-ounce bottles before lunch and four 16-ounce bottles after lunch make him keep up with his weight loss. Besides diet and all, he works out every day and walks over accordingly to his exercise routine.

Also, as a head coach, he had his tough period following a healthy routine with all the long hours and stress. 

Todd mooted, “I just decided to start working out and get myself back in shape. That’s really the basis of it. So, I started eating better and working out more and taking longer walks, and chipping away little by little. Before you know it, I got into a groove of working out. I started feeling better and my leg started hurting less. Standing on the field now, I feel great.”

He now continues his diet and exercise plan to stay fit and healthy.

“I’ve never gotten sick. That scared me a little bit about me being healthier. I talked about it but I didn’t do anything about it.” The 2016 year was not a great time for the coach, as he went through medical problems often at the time.
