Patrick Roy has now returned to the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League.

Roy has been selected one of the 100 Greatest NHL Players of All Time.

Roy is widely recognized with popularizing the butterfly goaltender style, which has since become the dominant goaltending style around the world.

Patrick Roy has now returned to the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League as coach and general manager of the dormant Quebec Remparts.

We feel this is just the beginning of his comeback; he is likely to coach an NHL team again in the near future.

Before this,he was hired as the Colorado Avalanche’s head coach and vice president of hockey operations in 2013, and he won the Jack Adams Award as a rookie bench boss in 2014.

Roy resigned from his position with the Avalanche in the summer of 2016, citing a lack of participation in personnel choices.

He was then relieved of his duties by head coach Jared Bednar and returned to junior hockey.

How Is Patrick Roy Health Condition Today?

Patrick Roy does not seem to have any serious Health issues as he looks healthy from the outside.

He did test positive for COVID-19 recently in March.

Roy isn’t the only Red Devils player to have tested positive in the last few days. Charles Trochon, a defender, and sports therapist Steve Bellanger are also on the sidelines.

His mother, Barbara Miller-Roy, did, in fact, suffer from a terrible condition.

According to the publication Le Soleil, she contracted type A streptococcus, and the germs spread so swiftly that physicians were obliged to amputate her arm over the weekend to save her life.

Miller-Roy sliced her elbow after falling off an exercise ball while working out, according to the newspaper on Monday.

She went to see a doctor later since she wasn’t feeling well and was diagnosed with the condition.
