Why Is LJ Cryer not playing anymore?

According to Talia Goodman of The Field of 68, Cryer is dealing with a foot injury that has kept him out of 11 of the last 12 games. He last appeared in a game on February 16th, a loss at Texas Tech.

Scott Drew, the head coach at Baylor, has since confirmed the news. According to him, the Baylor Bears will be without guard LJ Cryer for the first weekend of the tournament.

The player has already been ruled out for this week, so there’s a good chance he’ll miss next week as well if Baylor advances.
